The KESA platform not only enhances your technical and managerial performance as a professional, but also helps give optimal career  and entrepreneurial guidance for professionals involved in Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, Quality and Social Safeguards (SHERQS) as well as those in Project Management.

KESA Platform bridges a host of gaps and scenarios including:

  • Enhancing qualified professionals with knowledge to match their attained certificates and what employers and real-life scenarios require of them.
  • Keeping professionals abreast with the highly dynamic environment including legislation, requirements, guidelines, standards, recommendations and best practices regarding SHERQS and Project Management.
  • Meaningful networking of professionals and creation of synergies, enabling sharing and application of knowledge in a real time and profound manner.
  • Supporting upcoming young professionals in finding and establishing areas of specialization and finding their feet on the career path of SHE, Risk, Quality, Socio-economic Safeguards and Project Management.
  • Ensuring professionals stay updated, competent, practical and relevant.

To incorporate the aspect of psychological risk that has traditionally not been fully incorporated, the KESA platform incorporates a respective domain constituting cross cutting common aspects for uptake by those needing to prevent loss and psychological stress potentially emanating from off-the-job life undertakings and engagements. The domain covers common aspects such as acquiring high value properties, estate planning, trusts, domestic workers’ requirements – conformance/compliance, unions and families, business and entrepreneurship, investment, as well as local by-laws affecting professionals/residents. The KESA platform accommodates professionals in several relevant fields including SHE, Risk, Quality, Construction, Engineering, Mining, Project management, Agriculture, Finance, Medical and Corporate services among others.

Domains:

Choose one or more domains from the domains list that include:

  • Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
  • Risk and Quality (R&Q)
  • Corporate socio-economic Safeguards (SES)
  • Project Management – including lessons learnt
  • Key Life Knowledge for common issues affecting individuals and families including labour and employment, estate management, inheritance, business (incl. finance and tax laws), intellectual property, city by-laws, family law, among other aspects.

Nominal Subscriptions:

To enable administrative functions and experts’ retention, nominal monthly subscription fees are USD 12.00 per domain for postgrad professionals and USD 8.00 per domain for tertiary students (including students on attachment and apprentices). Subscriptions under corporate arrangements are double amount.

  • For the second domain registered/joined, you get 50% discount (pay half) and for the third and more domains registered, you get 75% discount (pay a quarter for each domain). Discount applies to both individuals and corporate subscriptions.
  • SHERQS PIER CONSULTING (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right of admission onto the KESA Platform, and the right to terminate membership on sufficient grounds. A brief code of conduct is issued at joining.
  • The sole aim of KESA remains impartation of Knowledge, Experiences, Skills, and Abilities (KESA) to enhance professionals and stakeholders. Thus, no certificates are currently issued for respective domains, and no exams/assignments are involved in the KESA methodologies. Extra to the knowledge delivered by the experts through the KESA Impart Platform, real workplace scenarios will also be shared for instantaneous solutions as well as career and entrepreneurial guidance, as applicable.
